Phase 1: Bone Broth Fast (3-5 Days)

Every cell in our body sheds and regenerates. Our gut cells are the fastest ones to do so. Every 3-5 days our entire gut lining is “new”. During this 3-5 day Bone Broth Fast, you’re giving your gut an entire cycle to rid itself of sick unhealthy cells and start fresh. In addition, not only are you starving out the organisms that live in your gut (both good & bad), but bone broth contains many gut healing compounds.

Food Instructions:

Drink 40-60 oz of bone broth daily (it soothes inflammation, scarring, and supports the growing gut cells)


Add 1 tsp of coconut oil per 8oz of bone broth.


Drink 20-60 oz of herbal teas daily.


Drink water as desired. Add a pinch of salt and 1 tsp of Apple Cider Vinegar per 8 oz.

Organic Vegetable Broth, Chicken Bone Broth, or Beef Bone Broth

Organic Herbal Teas (Ginger, Lemon, Chamomile, Green Tea, etc)

Grass-fed Collagen Peptides or Beef Gelatin Protein

Bone Broth Protein

Coconut Oil

Apple Cider Vinegar (raw & unpasteurized)


*If you don’t do well with bone broth and apple cider vinegar, you may have a histamine intolerance. Stick to herbal tea or collagen peptides in water.
